MISSION

Our mission is to provide a high-quality education in order to develop leaders and entrepreneurs possessing a 'Frontier Spirit' and a global perspective, and the ability to contribute positively to the business community. The University endeavors to meet the challenges of globalization and to maintain a competitive edge by providing outstanding programs in management education, and opportunities in the global arena.

VISION

Our vision is to become one of the top business schools in Japan. We intend to raise the undergraduate entrance standards and decrease overall enrollment. We will increase the graduate school to 1000 students, with half coming from the corporate community. Our graduates will benefit from the opportunity to take part in exchange programs at the leading business schools all over the world.

Strategic Plan

To accomplish our mission we developed a Strategic Plan that will guide and focus the actions of many toward enhancing student learning for success in a changing world. The Strategic Plan defines three broad goals designed to ensure our future success.
