The Nisshin Campus Dining Services (NCDS) offers a spacious, clean, and healthy environment that allows our students, staff, and faculty to enjoy a dynamic and nutritious dining experience.

The NCDS operates three (3) full-service dining facilities, a faculty lounge, a MOS Burger restaurant, and Hill's Mart (a convenience store). These dining halls and other services offer a number of a la carte, pre-paid meal cards and cash operations.

NUTRITION

NCDS knows that food is the fuel your body needs to function properly. Chances are you're pretty careful about what you put into your gas tank. Shouldn't you care at least as much about what you eat? Today there's a wider variety of foods to choose from than ever before. Making smart choices is a critical part of any total health plan. When you combine a well-balanced diet with moderate exercise, it can help you feel better and keep off unwanted pounds, while avoiding the revolving door of dieting.

NCDS believes that food nutrition is essential to good health. To help assist you in furnishing your body with the essentials for a healthy diet, we have several tools to offer. First, every day we offer curry dishes, a salad bar, and healthy items at the Garden Court - Curry Stand. If you are interested in nutritional information that we serve every day in the main student dining room, daily menus are posted at all food service court entrances.

In addition, Nisshin Campus Dining Services is available to discuss special dietary needs and restrictions with our students. If you have any questions or have special dietary requirements, please contact the Green House Food Services Manager, Mr. Gou at extension 23157 or 23257 for assistance. Green House Food Services is the provider of all meals in the student dining rooms and faculty lounge. General questions regarding catering and food services, or any store facilities on campus should be sent to the NUCB General Affairs Team Leader, Mr. Kamei at extension 22230, or to the NUCB General Affairs Sub-leader, Mr. Kigaku at extension 22231.

LOCATIONS & SERVICE HOURS

These conveniently located restaurants and convenience stores offer a variety of items for breakfast and lunch, or a bite between meals. They have extended service hours and permit carryout.

Each location features a full line of hot and cold prepared foods and an assortment of convenience items that can be purchased with cash, or a prepaid meal card, which can be purchased in 1,000 yen increments, and offers a 3% rebate on all food items purchased. Moreover, as a private institution of higher learning, NUCB campus is a “tax-free zone” under the guidelines set by the Ministry of Education.

Saturday 10:00 - 15:00 (only on days when lectures are scheduled)

faculty, staff, and students can save time and avoid lines by calling ahead for meal pick up service. Simply dial extension 22111. The MOS Burger staff can take your order in English.

MOS Burger is located directly across from the Hill's Mart convenience store on the 1st Floor of the Administration Building.
