Business viability is essentially linked to its financial performance and position, and this is why accounting and financial literacy is crucial - in order to understand the valuation of organizations, investments, and to be aware of the cash flows and their representation. The Department of Accounting & Finance will introduce students to key concepts and build their knowledge all the way to specific areas that will be required in the job market. This is further emphasized with hands-on professional experience that students can gain through internships.
Furthermore, students have the opportunity to enroll in our Tax Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) programs held in collaboration with NUCB Business School, our Graduate School of Management. Acquiring such certifications will provide students an edge in the job market.
