Biography
Tomohiro Iwata received his Ph.D. in Physical Education, Health, and Sport Sciences from the University of Tsukuba in 2025. After serving as a contract lecturer at Kyoto University of Advanced Science, he joined Nagoya University of Commerce and Business in 2026. His areas of expertise are exercise physiology and molecular muscle physiology. His research focuses on the mechanisms of skeletal muscle hypertrophy induced by resistance training and the role of autophagy in regulating muscle adaptation and morphology.
