Biography
Dr. Jeeyoon Jeong earned her Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior, from Korea University Business School. She later served as a research professor at the same institution before joining NUCB in June 2025. Her research focuses on organizational AI adoption, leadership, HRM practices, and knowledge management. Specifically, she examines the dual-sided effects of AI adoption on employee attitudes and behaviors—exploring both the opportunities and challenges that emerge as organizations integrate artificial intelligence into their operations. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed international journals. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning through case-based instruction, helping students understand complex organizational dynamics while building the critical thinking skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly evolving business environment.
