June 2025 Open Campus
We are excited to announce our 2025 Summer Open Campus on Sunday, June 8th.
Come and visit the campus, tour the facilities, meet current students and faculty, and learn about our academic programs, campus life, and culture. Our events can help you get a feel for the university and determine whether it's the right fit for you. Additionally, you can ask questions to our friendly international staff and get a better understanding of the university's admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and student services.
We are available for individual consultations to discuss application requirements, application procedures, scholarships, campus life, clubs, and dormitory options. The event is open to prospective students of all ages, parents, and high school counselors. Please sign up in advance below. We are looking forward to welcoming you on campus!
SCHEDULE
- JUNE 7th (SAT) Nagoya Campus 10:00〜14:00 *All content in Japanese
- JUNE 8th (SUN) Nisshin Campus 10:00〜14:00 *English guidance available

Individual Consultation
Meet with admissions specialists to learn about the Global BBA Program in detail. Understand the application requirements and intricacies of the application process. We want to empower you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about your educational journey.

Campus Tour
Student staff will guide you around the campus. Take a tour of our university's full range of facilities, including classrooms specializing in case method classes, the library and cafeteria, and imagine yourself as a university student.

School Lunch Experience
You can enjoy lunch at the popular Sora Cafe and the Dining Hall Hananoki. A great opportunity to experience what it's like to be a college student. A special event price and a limited menu will also be available.

International Dormitory Tour*
Visit one of our private international dormitories to experience the student life outside of campus.
*Please note that the dormitory tour is tentative as it depends on room availability.

To Nisshin Campus: You can get to the campus by free shuttle bus, paid school bus, or private car. See details below.
Access to Nisshin Campus
a) Free shuttle bus operating from three locations (round trip):
1. Nagoya Campus (Fushimi)
2. Tsurumai Line "Akaike Station"
3. Higashiyama Line "Fujigaoka Station"
*Reservation required (through the Open Campus registration form). See meeting time & place details below.
b) School bus: Operates from Komenoki Station (Meitetsu), Akaike Station (Tsurumai line), and Koen-Nishi Station (Linimo line). *Click here for the school bus timetables.
c) Private car: You can freely use the parking lot on Nisshin Campus (1,400 spaces)
Free shuttle bus meeting time & place on June 8th (Sunday)
To Nisshin Campus:
- From Nagoya Campus - Meet at 8:30 AM: Get off at Fushimi Station on the Higashiyama/Tsurumai Subway Line and walk for 1 minute from Exit 8 to get to Nagoya Campus.
- From Akaike Station - Meet at 9:00 AM: Gather in front of "Aichi Bank" at Exit 1
- From Fujigaoka Station - Meet at 9:00 AM: Gather in front of Starbucks outside Exit 3
From Nisshin Campus:
From Nisshin Campus to all stations - Depart at 2:00 PM: Meet at the Anniversary Pole
Only those with a confirmation email can board the bus.
