In March 2020, we renovated the training plaza and installed 5 more pieces of equipment.

Chest Press

Enhances muscle strength by promoting hypertrophy of deltoid and pectoralis major muscles.

Shoulder Press

Enhanses muscle hypertrophy and develops muscle strength of the triceps, deltoids and trapezius muscles.
