Weight Training Room (for baseball club members only)

The weight training room is equipped with full-scale training equipment such as a bench press, a stationary bike, a leg press, and a rotary torso. In particular, students from clubs such as the baseball club, men's basketball club, and American football club frequent the weight training room to build physical strength.


A Word from the Captain of the Baseball Club

Weight training is also one of our most important activities. This training room is equipped with equipment that can be used in a full-fledged gym, and since it is free to use, we use it all the time. I would like to improve my physical strength in this place and use it to improve my baseball skills.
