The 3rd Business Plan Competition Winners Announced
The culminating judgment of the 3rd Business Plan Contest, sponsored by the Faculty of Commerce at NUCB Undergraduate School, took place on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. A total of 8 teams, inclusive of Global BBA students, delivered exceptional presentations. The audience, composed of students, offered impassioned feedback on enhancing business plans, while the judges raised inquiries grounded in business perspectives.
The prestigious Grand Prize was awarded to Komori Hoshino, a third-year student from the Faculty of Business Administration, for his project "Altenia," an indoor work experience-themed park aimed at guiding seniors toward a brighter future. Reflecting on the winning entry, Professor Kitahara from NUCB Business School remarked, "Converting social value into economic value is extremely challenging. However, it's within this challenge that everyone's ideas hold both space and value. I encourage all participants to devise models that transcend obstacles and evolve into social businesses." This statement was intended to inspire the participating students.
