Innovation Beyond Rationality

Do you forget the principle that you cannot win unless you do something different from others? As long as you make a conclusion according to a rational analytical method that everyone knows, the answers you arrive at will be similar. Management that produces results that exceed the average score.

Everything has a good reason.
However, because rational thinking is rational, it is difficult to make discontinuous changes that break common sense.
Of course, rationality cannot be ignored. Also, just because you do something irrational does not mean that you can immediately innovate.
However, it seems that innovation cannot easily occur without exceeding rationality.
