Nasser: The Rise and Fall of Arab Nationalism

Nasser, an unnamed officer who succeeded in the Egyptian "July Revolution" in 1952, took the Arab nationalism into the frenzy of the Arab public with the declaration of nationalization of the Suez Canal. Arab nationalism then disappeared with the defeat of the 1967 Third Middle East War. However, Nasser's ultimate wish is still alive. The realization of that wish is not only for Egypt, which experienced the 2011 revolution, but also for us.
