There are two corporate governance methods in the modern global society. The former regards the company as the "shareholder's property" and seeks to maximize the current profit rather than its future potential, and the employees are regarded as "human resources" constituting the mechanism for increasing the property. On the other hand, the latter argues that companies should be “social beings” that create value for not only shareholders but society as a whole.
