2025 Faculty Awards Ceremony Held; 24 NUCB Faculty Members Honored for Excellence in Both Education and Research

On 21 March 2026, Nagoya University of Commerce and Business held an awards ceremony for the 2025 Academic Year Faculty Awards (Education and Research Categories) at the Nisshin Campus. A total of 24 faculty members—15 for their contributions in the field of education and 9 for their contributions in the field of research—were honored.

The University’s Faculty Recognition Program honors faculty members who have made significant contributions in the fields of education or research during the academic year. Since 2009, the university has consistently given recognition and awards to the recipients.

In the field of education, we presented the "Teaching Award" to faculty members who received exceptionally high ratings in course satisfaction surveys and served as role models for their colleagues.

In the field of research, we presented the “Research Award” to faculty members who achieved outstanding results in their research activities, and the “Research Leadership Award” to those who contributed to the promotion of research activities within the university.
