Kazuo Mizuno


The NUCB Undergraduate School Regional Revitalization Research Center, Specially Appointed Professor Seto Shinkin Bank, President

Mr. Kazuo Mizuno joined Seto Shinkin Bank in 1972 and later held positions such as Executive Officer, General Manager of Nagoya Branch, Director of Director Examination Department II, Managing Director and Senior Managing Director. Since 2014 he has been a director. Mr. Mizuno earned his MBA from the NUCB Graduate School in 2008.

In order to contribute to the development of regional economies by providing financial services and demonstrating consulting functions, we are promoting mutual collaboration and cooperation with external institutions such as government, the chamber of commerce and industry, and universities in various fields related to regional revitalization.

Apart from his position with Seto Shinkin Bank, Mr. Mizuno also holds the following posts: (Public foundation) Chairman of Setoton Regional Development Cooperation Fund; Chairman of Seto Finance Association; Director of Seto City Marutto Museum and Tourism Association; Member of Osetomono Festival Support Association; (Public foundation) Seto City Bunka Foundation Foundation director; Seto City cultural property protection council member; Seto City area Business Model Basic Concept Review Meeting Committee Member; Seto City Local Industry Promotion Vision Revision cCommittee Member, etc.


Kamekura Masahiko

Professor Masahiko Kamekura specializes in business management (management resource base theory, coordination, organizational culture, leadership) and higher education (active learning, failure studies).

Other activities by Professor Kamekura include the following: 2010-2011 Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business liaison in charge of "employment support development project for university students"; 2012-2014 Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology “Educational improvement / enhancement system development project to meet the needs of industry (23 universities in the Chubu area)”; Nagoya University of Commerce and Business representative of Tokai A Group's deputy managing school. Major achievements include "Active learning at university learned from failure cases" (Vol. 7, out of the 7 volumes of Toshindo "Active Learning Series", single author), "Active learning failure case handbook" (2014 Grain Shobo, co-author, "Management Resource Base Theory" ("Dynamism of Contemporary Enterprise Management" 2002, Chapter 5), "Rent Concept as" Productivity of Resources " (Keio University "Sanda Commerce Studies" 2005), etc.
