Current 4th year student job offers (as of July 2021)
The Career Support Center at Nagoya University of Commerce and Business conducts individual consultations from the first year of study and provides extensive support so that each student can find a job that satisfies their individuality and aptitude.
We also offer job-hunting support programs unique to our university, such as Job Hunting Seminars, for students to prepare for group and individual interviews with corporate recruiters and Alumni Exchange Meetings where students can talk to NUCB graduates.
As a result, the employment success rate for NUCB graduates in March 2021 was 98.2%, and 88.1% of students said they were satisfied with their place of employment.
Our career office also have English speaking staff to ensure we offer support for all our students. With the first cohort of the Global BBA program graduating in 2022, we are excited to support them in their career or graduate school placement.
In Japan, most students hunt for jobs before graduation from university. The government permits companies to begin the selection process and give out informal offers beginning April 1, at the start of the fourth year. Below are selected companies who have offered jobs to our current fourth year students (July 2021).

In addition, we stress the importance of participating in internships to all our students. By gaining work experience at a company, students are able to deepen their understanding of the industry, the company, and the type of work, and gain a vision of what kind of work they would like to do in the future and how they would like to work.
