Expanding Options: Updated Japanese Language Courses

Since last academic year, we have expanded the Japanese language program at NUCB, offering a wider array of levels and options to cater to students’ language learning journey!
Have a look at the many options that exists now:


Introductory Japanese (Levels 1/2/3/4):

・Perfect for beginners!
・Master basic sentence structures, grammar, and vocabulary
・Get familiar with hiragana, katakana, and simple kanji
・Learn to communicate confidently in daily interactions
・Expected proficiency after completion: A1 (CEFR) or N5 (JLPT)

Pre Intermediate Japanese (Levels A/B):

・Expand your communication skills in both spoken and written Japanese
・Express opinions and deliver factual information
・Expected proficiency after completion: A2 (CEFR) or N4 (JLPT)

Intermediate Japanese (Levels A/B):

・Enhance reading and speaking skills with advanced grammar and vocabulary
・Dive deeper into authentic Japanese materials
・Expected proficiency after completion: B1 (CEFR) or N3 (JLPT)

Advanced Japanese (Levels A/B):

・Master intermediate level grammar and vocabulary
・Achieve fluency in academic and business writing

Advanced Japanese Communication in Multicultural Contexts (Levels A/B):

・Hone your skills for academic and business writing
・Develop fluency in multicultural contexts
