In light of the global pandemic, NUCB Undergraduate School began the academic year on April 6th with online, live and interactive courses and the Spring semester (Term 1 & 2) came to a successful end. We would like to thank you for your support and understanding during this difficult time.
For the Fall semester (Term 3 & 4), NUCB Undergraduate School planned to implement a ‘blended’ format: courses with a large number of students being delivered online while the smaller classes with a reduced number of students being conducted on the campus, as announced previously. However, despite the fact that the number of COVID-19 cases is slightly decreasing in Aichi prefecture, the situation is not stable enough to proceed as planned.
In consideration of everyone’s safety and health, NUCB Undergraduate School has decided to expand the ratio of online courses in Term 3 (September to October), with limited courses being offered on-site. Only the courses delivered on Wednesday (for Nisshin programs in Nisshin / Nagakute Campus) and on Tuesday (for BBA in Nagoya Campus) will be held on campus (including Seminars for both campuses), while all the remaining courses will be held online. However, for the Global BBA program, all the courses will be delivered online while one course, Intercultural Management, will be done on campus. Countermeasures to prevent the spread of infections will be carefully implemented for the courses on campus. Regarding the course implementation in Term 4 (November to January), we will decide in the near future after careful scrutiny of the situation.
