Global Network & Partner Schools: 174 Schools in 59 Countries & Official PIM Member

NUCB Undergraduate School and NUCB Business School, Graduate School of Management became full members of the PIM Network in October 2022 at the PIM Annual Conference held at Warwick Business School, U.K. As an official member of PIM, there are now 174 exchange opportunities (including 65 PIM members) for our students and faculty (bachelor, master, MBA) across 59 countries. Students now have more opportunities to gain exposure overseas by studying at some of the world's top business schools.

What is PIM?


PIM, Partnership in International Management, is a consortium of leading international business schools founded in 1973 by the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), New York University (NYU), and London Business School (LBS) as a cooperative effort to overcome academic and institutional barriers to exchange activities. PIM facilitates the development of international cooperation among members, fostering the development of joint programs, students and faculty exchange, joint research and cooperation among faculty members and researchers.

In keeping with its purpose, PIM is governed by a pledge signed by all members in Milan in 1986 and revised in Rotterdam in 1994 and Melbourne in 1999 to facilitate student exchanges between top business schools around the world. are responsible for strategic planning and membership. Only schools that have demonstrated leadership in the field of management education and award degrees in business administration that demonstrate the highest standards of excellence are invited to join this prestigious network. By joining PIM as an official member, our schools will be able to establish deeper connections with prestigious schools around the world and provide even more international opportunities for study and research for both students and faculty.

PIM is known as a network to which, in principle, only one representative university per country is invited, and the very top business schools in THE (#WorldRanking) are listed, allowing exchange programs and collaborative research among member schools.

Unique Scholarships for studying overaseas

Our school offers a unique scholarship system for current students who wish to study overseas at one of our partner universities. The scholarship includes a travel subsidy (up to 150,000 yen) and a tuition waiver at the study-abroad destination.
