Acquisition of EQUIS accreditation establishes NUCB Business School as the first Triple Crown School in Japan

On September 29, 2021, The NUCB Business School, Graduate School of Management, was awarded EQUIS (the European Quality Improvement System) certification from EFMD (the European Foundation for Management Development, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium), one of the largest international quality evaluation organizations for management education.

As a result, the University has become the first university in Japan to receive all three of the world's Triple Crown accreditations (AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS), showcasing our schools’ commitment to excellence.

It is a great honor to be part of a select few universities (less than 1% of all schools worldwide) that have achieved the illustrious Triple Crown, a symbol of the highest level of excellence and recognition of the high performance and quality of research of our university.
