Payment Period
The tuition fee payment is to be paid twice a year by the following dates.
・ March 15
・ August 24
(However, if the delivery date is a holiday, the previous day will be the deadline.)
Payment Method
By mid-February, we will send you the bank transfer payment form for the next spring and fall semester.
(For newly joined students, the bank transfer form for the fall semester will be sent in early July.)
Please use the dedicated transfer form to fulfill the payment. When paying from an automated teller machine (ATM), be sure to type in your "student number/student name".
Commission Collection Fee
The “consignment collection fee” that is collected by the school when entrusted may be revised as necessary during your enrollment.
Installment Payment
The school payment can be paid in three installments in both the first and second semesters. If you would like to apply, please contact the General Affairs Department within the application period indicated when sending the school payment delivery guide.
* Regarding installment payment, a prescribed fee will be added in accordance with Article 2-3 of the "Kurimoto Gakuen Nagoya University of Commerce Tuition Fees Regulations". During the enrollment procedure (first semester of the first year), payment of the student payment in installments is not possible.
Other
Please note that once the school payment is paid, it cannot be returned for any reason. In addition, a leave enrollment fee is required when taking leave of absence.
