Both companies offered insightful tours, including office visits, company overviews, and introductions to their operations led by employees and managers. Students participated in workshops led by senior staff and engaged actively in Q&A sessions, reflecting their enthusiasm and readiness for a global work environment. The diverse and inclusive atmosphere—where many staff members are from international backgrounds—allowed students to imagine themselves working in similar settings in the future. All sessions and explanations were conducted in English, making it an ideal learning experience for GBBA students eager to utilize their English skills professionally.

Career Support for International Students

The Global BBA currently enrolls +300 students from +60 countries (as of September 2024). The Career Support Center provides robust support tailored to these students, including regular career guidance sessions in English and numerous company tours throughout the year. In addition, 10–15 individual company information sessions are hosted each academic year, focusing on global and Japanese companies headquartered in Tokyo. These efforts aim to meet the high aspirations of international students who envision working at global or Japanese-affiliated firms in Japan or at international offices around the world. The university will continue strengthening its support by partnering with English-speaking companies to create meaningful career opportunities for international students.
