National Taiwan University of Science and Technology: Visit to NUCB Undergraduate School

On July 15, NUCB Undergraduate School hosted students visiting from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech). The visiting group consisted of 37 students along with tour guides. This visit marked an important milestone in the ongoing collaboration between the two institutions. The day was filled with various activities designed to promote cultural exchange and academic cooperation.

Address from NUCB

To kick off the event, NUCB's Chancellor, Dr. Hiroyuki Kurimoto, and the Dean for External Relations, Dr. Kenji Yokoyama, held an opening speech for our visiting guests. They discussed the strong and positive relationship between NUCB and the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. There was an emphasis on the importance of our partnership and both sides expressed their desire to further expand and deepen our collaboration in various collaborative areas.

Campus Tour

Following the address and a group photo, our visitors were given a campus tour. They explored our a number of our facilities, including our modern classrooms, newly-renovated library, and collaborative study spaces. The tour provided an opportunity for the students to experience firsthand the dynamic and engaging learning environment that NUCB offers.

We concluded the tour at Sora Cafe, where everyone could take a well-needed rest, with refreshments being provided. Both NUCB and Taiwan Tech exchanged commemorative gifts with each other, which were well received.
