Graduation Ceremony for Class of September 2025

NEW #Global BBA #Graduation Ceremony

Nagoya University of Commerce and Business (NUCB) welcomed family, faculty, and friends to its Nisshin Campus on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, for the autumn graduation ceremony. A total of 45 students completed their degrees this September, including 19 from the Global BBA program.

The ceremony was both celebratory and reflective, recognizing the commitment and accomplishments of the graduating class. Guests applauded as each student received their diploma from Professor Yuji Ono, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce. Professor Kenji Yokoyama, Dean for External Relations at the Business School, then addressed the graduates with words of congratulations and encouragement.

As the graduates move on to new challenges and opportunities, NUCB expresses its heartfelt wish that they continue to embody the university’s Frontier Spirit in their careers and lives ahead.

Global BBA Program

As the first private university in Japan to establish an integrated undergraduate program across three faculties—Economics, Business Administration, and Commerce—NUCB offers the Global BBA, a bachelor’s degree program taught entirely in English. This diverse learning environment offers students the experience of studying abroad without leaving Japan.

The Global BBA program uses the case method, where students simulate real-world business decision-making. This international and inquiry-based learning experience aims to equip students with the skills to propose innovative solutions to societal challenges and become global leaders.
