Fall 2025 Business School Visit and Information Session
On November 11, 2025, Global BBA students and several exchange students spent the day at NUCB Business School near Marunouchi Station. The visit was arranged to help students get a realistic sense of what graduate-level study at NUCB looks like.
The day opened with an overview of the Business School’s background and academic approach. Staff explained how the school’s history led to the development of its current program and its recognition through AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS accreditations. The conversation centered on how these standards shape the school’s teaching style and campus environment.
Campus Tour / Class Visit / Info Session
Students then walked through the campus while regular classes were underway. They moved through open study areas, collaboration spaces, and classrooms designed for discussion-based learning. Because the visit took place during an active school day, they could observe how graduate students use the facilities and how the atmosphere differs from the undergraduate setting.
As part of the visit, the group was invited to sit in briefly on a class in progress. They watched how discussions were led, how students interacted with each other, and how the instructor guided the session. Seeing a live class gave them a clearer sense of the pace and expectations of graduate study.
Before wrapping up, NUCB Undergraduate School students received information about the internal recommendation system and the financial support available if they choose to continue into the graduate program. This includes scholarships that can cover up to 50% of tuition (with Educational Enhancement fees excluded), along with other potential reductions depending on individual eligibility.
The visit offered a straightforward look at graduate life — the facilities, the learning environment, and the support available — helping students understand what their next academic step could look like.
