Profile

Ms. Sandy Wong received her MBA and Master of Management degree in General Management from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Australia. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Research and Professional Studies in Education from University of Bristol, UK. Prior to joining NUCB, she had been teaching undergraduate business courses at City University of Hong Kong for over 16 years. Sandy is also a seasoned business practitioner with extensive industry experience in business consulting, executive development, hospitality and services management, and supply chain management in the Asia Pacific region. She is currently a lecturer at NUCB Undergraduate School.

Case Demonstration

Today’s customers have become increasingly demanding. They not only desire for high quality products but they also expect high level of customer service quality. The relationship between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction has received considerable academic attention in the past years.

The RATER Model of service quality helps service companies to understand the perceived service quality from customers' perspectives. We will use a case study to demonstrate how the Model creates a roadmap for the overall service delivery processes and identifies the key elements to enhance service quality.

Prospective students, parents, and counselors who would like to understand about NUCBs Active Learning and Case Method of Teaching.
