On April 29th, 2021, we held our Spring Open Campus at our main Nisshin / Nagakute Campus and our downtown Nagoya Campus. During the event, we offered a variety of programs such as;

  • Presentations of the unique characteristics of our university and the case methodology,
  • Class visits including to Stakeholder Management for our English-taught Global BBA Program,
  • 2021 and 2022 Application Procedure Consultation,
  • Campus Tour, including our Drone Video
  • Lunch, and more

The event was held with full preventative measures whilst maintaining a safe social distance.

English Cafe

English Café

During the event we opened our English Café for the first time, allowing prospective students the chance to interact with our current students. Students from India, Poland, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Spain, France, freely talked about life at NUCB on our Global BBA Program.

After getting to know each other, the students played ice-breaking games to also allow Japanese students the chance to use their English and make new friends.

Global BBA: Stakeholder Management Class Visit

For students interested to learn more about the Case Method, we visited the 3rd Year Global BBA Class "Stakeholder Management", taught by Professor Law.

The students were tasked with discussing government relationships with the main content covering profit maximization, cheating, protectionism, and government policies. Before the class started, student groups were formed to discuss "Changsheng Bio-technology Co. Ltd. (China): Fallout from the Vaccines Scandal (Publisher: Ivey Publishing)
(related to SDG Sustainable Cities and Communities)".

Visitors enjoyed the opportunity to see a class live in action, fully understanding what makes us unique and what we seek as an ideal applicant for our MBA-style Active Learning Environment.
