Open Campus
On Saturday, June 5th, 2021, we held an early summer open campus at our Nisshin Campus. With perfect weather, students, families and teachers enjoyed the chance to learn more about NUCB and our MBA-style case method of teaching. Our multilingual international staff also gave individual tours and sat down with prospective students for private consultations.

Utilizing our drone, we were able to tour our all-in-one Nisshin Campus, showcasing not only our state of the art educational facilities but also our sports and recreational opportunities for students to make the most of their life on campus.
Specialist presentations were provided as well as demonstration lessons to allow students the chance to learn how the Active Learning and Case Methodology implemented at NUCB is designed to produce global leaders with a frontier spirit.
International students on our Global BBA program were also on campus for our English Cafe, allowing prospective students the chance to interact with them in English and also learn first-hand some of the on-campus activities being planned to increase interaction with Japanese students and international students on campus.
During the Open Campus event we offered two demonstration classes enabling prospective students to participate using the case method as if they were a student at NUCB.
Prof. Dazai used a case to talk about Economics from the consumers perspective for fast food chains, whilst Prof. Townley, who also teaches law-related courses on our Global BBA program, taught the 2nd conditional under the theme of "If you were lost on an island…" for those wanting to improve their English under our International Studies Faculty.

With applications finalizing for entrance in 2021, attendees also had the chance to learn about the application procedure for the Global BBA Program for entrance in 2022.
Each year we bring in around 200 international students from over 35 different nationalities to our Nisshin Campus. 2021 will see full-time students come from countries and regions such as Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Libya, China, Mexico, America, Thailand, India, and Indonesia making us one of the most globalized campuses in Japan.
The English Café was specially opened and participants enjoyed interacting with international students in English. Students from France, Pakistan, and Hong Kong who are studying on our AACSB accredited Global BBA program played games and interacted with students and also spoke about why they chose NUCB for their studies and talked about their student life on and off-campus.
