Please introduce yourself
My name is Dang, currently a 2nd-year GBBA student at NUCB. I’m from Vietnam, a beautiful and peaceful country.
Why did you want to study in Japan?
My personal reason for studying abroad in Japan is that I have had a strong interest in Japanese culture ever since I was a kid, which inspired me to come here and experience it in person. Professionally, I want to learn more about Japanese business culture and technology as one of the most developed countries, and contribute back to the country where I grew up.
How will the case method / NUCB network help you for your future?
I think the case method will help me avoid the problems that big companies have faced and learn how they think, build, and overcome challenges professionally, while allowing me to arm myself with the professional skills I need for my future journey.
Are you working part-time or planning to?
I am indeed working part-time because, just like internships, I need to experience as much as possible so that I will be able to understand how an employee feels while working in specific work environments. I believe that every experience I have gained will be my best partner as an entrepreneur in the future in managing a successful team.
What do you think of the diversity of NUCB? (students and professors)
I think that the diversity of NUCB has broadened my perspective ever since I came to Japan. Not only do I get to learn about different cultures, but also how the world is changing. t’s not polished or redirected news, just pure perspectives and information.
