My Name is Alenie. I'm from California, United States.
What has been your favorite class / professor / case so far and why?
My favorite class has been Business Plan with Professor Tae Seok Kim. I loved how the cases showed real life examples and sharpened critical thinking, but the highlight was designing our own business plan as a team. It gave me real hands-on experience.
What do you do in your free time on weekends?
I love exploring cafes and restaurants in Nagoya. As my friend, sister, and I run an Instagram account sharing recommendations for other NUCB students.
What dormitory are you in, what do you think of it?
I live in Meito Dormitory. I really like it. it’s close to two train stations Issha and Kamiyashiro and a grocery store, making it very convenient.
Do you have any advice for those considering NUCB?
Some advice I have for incoming students is to join clubs, do internships, and participate in exchange programs. They are all great opportunities for your career and personal growth.
