Please introduce yourself.
Hi, my name is Nguyen. I'm from Vietnam, and I'm currently a freshman that started in the 2025 Fall Semester.
Where did you first hear of NUCB? What made you choose the Global BBA Program? How was the application process?
I learned about NUCB through a seminar at the school, and from there I started to learn more about the school and the majors it offered. I always wanted to study business, so I didn't hesitate to choose GBBA. I learned about the school a bit late so I only had 1 month to prepare my documents, but after that everything went smoothly.
What has been your favorite class so far and why?
I like Professor Ricardo Lim's Critical Thinking class the most. I learnt how to think critically, broaden my perspective, and look at things from many different perspectives instead of just focusing on the aspect that I think is right.
Are you part of any clubs or language exchange?
I am a member of the Publication Club "がく SAY!".
I have also been taking Japanese classes at school and I find that my listening comprehension and speaking ability in Japanese is gradually improving.
What do you think of the diversity of NUCB?
The environment here is very diverse. I got to meet so many people from countries I had only heard about online. From there, I also learned many things from many different cultures and made many friends from many different countries.
