Please introduce yourself
My name is Bach, from Vietnam, born in 2007.
What dormitory are you in, what do you think of it?
I am living in the Sanbongi Campus dorm. I gotta say it is amazing because I love nature. Sometimes if you feel bored, some bug friends might visit you.
Why did you want to study in Japan?
I loved Japan the first time I came here. The language, people, and landscapes can all be described in one word: “perfection.” Seeing them in anime and manga made me want to build a life here as soon as possible. Unlike a typical anime fan, I truly look forward to my future here and want to contribute to this country.
Are you taking Japanese lessons - how is your language coming on?
Yes, I am currently learning Japanese. I thought it was going to be really hard at the start, and it really is. Moreover, I am trying to switch my content on YouTube and TikTok to Japanese to learn casual phrases rather than just using textbooks, so that I can become more natural in the language.
How will the case method / NUCB network help you for your future?
I gotta tell you, case learning is one of the most unique ways to study I have ever experienced. There are no right or wrong answers; everyone gets a chance to raise their voice about a situation. Conflicts may happen, but let’s take them as knowledge, since you are viewing the case from different people’s perspectives.
