Biography
Tae-Seok Kim received his Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Emory University Goizueta Business School. Prior to joining Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, he was Assistant Professor at Waseda University School of Commerce. His research lies at the intersection of organization theory and strategic management. In particular, he investigates how structures and cognition shape the behaviors and outcomes of organizations and their members. His research covers a wide range of topics such as corporate innovations and sustainability in global contexts, utilizing quantitative methods including network analysis and Natural Language Processing tools. His recent project examines organizations’ transition to climate mitigating technology in automotive sectors.
