Youxin Feng

商学部専任講師

Biography

Youxin Fengは、東北大学において経営学の修士号および博士号を取得。その後、同研究科にて博士研究員として研究活動に従事し、2026年4月にNUCBに着任。研究分野は東アジアにおける社会的企業の国際的実践であり、特に中国、日本、韓国を対象としている。質的研究手法を主軸に、社会的企業セクターの制度化やエコシステム、中間支援組織、持続可能な経営戦略など多岐にわたるテーマを扱っている。現在はコミュニティ・ベースド・ソーシャル・エンタープライズ（地域基盤型社会的企業）を中心に研究を行い、これらの地域密着的な組織が、外部からの支援と内部の戦略形成を通じていかに持続可能性を実現しているのか、その解明を目指す。
