Biography
筑波大学大学院人間総合科学学術院にて博士(体育科学)を取得。京都先端科学大学の嘱託講師を経て、2026年より現職。専門は、運動生理学、分子筋生理学であり、研究テーマは、「レジスタンストレーニングによる骨格筋肥大メカニズム」および「オートファジーが筋適応や形態に果たす役割」である。
