Biography

東京大学総合文化研究科国際社会科学専攻にて修士(欧州研究)、博士(学術)を取得後、ストラスブール政治学院に留学。国際関係論、特に欧州連合(EU)およびフランスの移民・難民政策を法学、政治学的な観点から分析している。最近は、リベラル国際秩序の変動期におけるEUならびに日本の外交政策を国際刑事裁判所(ICC)などの国際機関との関係性に着目して研究を進めている。
