山本 雅道

Biography

学歴：慶應義塾大学（経済学士、法学士）、Vanderbilt University Law School（法務博士、Juris Doctor）、The University of Iowa College of Law（法学博士、Doctor of Juridical Science）。Vanderbilt University Law Schoolに在学中はJournal of Transnational Law誌のExecutive Authorities Editorを務め，卒業後は同誌のBoard of Advisorsのメンバーに就任。

職歴：ニューヨーク州弁護士。東京電力（労務人事担当、国際法務担当等）、Milbank LLP（弁護士）、Ropes & Gray LLP（弁護士）、ダッソー・システムズ株式会社（社内弁護士）、金融庁・証券取引等監視委員会（国際取引等調査室・室長補佐）、神谷法律事務所、LINE株式会社（法務部長）を経て、2022年4月より現職。慶応義塾大学法科大学院で「国際ビジネス法務」及び「企業内法務の実務応用」、The University of Iowa College of Lawで"International Securities Regulation"、金融庁・証券取引等監視委員会で「市場監視基礎研修（金商法入門）」を担当。カリフォルニア州公認会計士試験及びニューヨーク州司法試験合格。
