When I decided to come to NUCB I considered this experience as an opportunity to have some ideas about the Asian market and to understand how the Asian market is going. Especially the Japanese market. Because I consider that Japan has so uniqueness in terms of market and companies NUCB can bring me the opportunity to really understand and have more deep knowledge of Asian market and Japanese market. And I think this could help me in the future, especially in terms of job opportunities. I think that having a little bit more overview of the Asian market could be a real strength in my career and in my CV and it could be really interesting if I am gonna look for a job maybe in Asian company or even in the western companies. Because considering that the marketing is totally globalized. It is good to have a knowledge about the Asian market.

What is the biggest difference between the way you study here at the NUCB Graduate School compared to your own country?

I think NUCB is an international business school but at the same time has some unique points especially the Japanese culture you can feel even inside of NUCB. So you can have the overview of international business school but at the same time, you can learn a lot about how the Asian market is going, how the Japanese culture. And for me I think it is really interesting considering Japan is one of the most developed countries in Asia.

How do you prepare for your in-class activities, for example business case discussions?

So basically when I know that the class is gonna be based on cases discussion first I try to read the case, try to have an general idea about information that is given and then I try to find a strategy and goals must be taken after reading the case. And with this first general idea, I structure the information in the case to be the most interesting for the class discussion later on in the class.

What is the most unique and surprising thing you have experienced during your time in Japan so far?

I would say that the Japanese culture in general. Because it is amazing how a society like Japan still have the strong values in the community in respect in honor. And you can feel this values in your every day life. For example when I arrived, I felt really safe, it is a really safe country and at the same time even considering that some Japanese people don't speak English they always try to help you and you feel really welcomed in this country.
